factories / suppliers we work with in order to ensure ethical working conditions and operating
practice. Factories must conform to acceptable working conditions and operating practices.
JustDucks prohibits the sourcing of products and or materials from suppliers who impose
unethical working conditions and practices on its workers. Factories and suppliers must meet
the relevant minimum standards applicable in the Country of origin.

within its operations or supply chain. JustDucks Ltd is committed to complying with all

the Modern Slavery Act 2015 in the United Kingdom. To demonstrate our commitment to
eradicating modern slavery, we have taken the following steps:
- Policies and Procedures: We have developed and implemented policies and procedures

operations and supply chain. Our policies and procedures cover areas such as recruitment,

requiring suppliers to complete a self-assessment questionnaire and engaging with suppliers
to address any identified risks. - Training and Awareness: We provide training and awareness-raising activities to our
employees and suppliers to ensure they understand the risks of modern slavery and human
trafficking and the actions they can take to prevent it. - Reporting Mechanisms: We have established reporting mechanisms to enable
employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report any suspected instances of modern
slavery or human trafficking in our operations or supply chain. JustDucks Ltd is committed to
continuous improvement and will review its policies, procedures, and due diligence
measures regularly to ensure that we are taking effective action to prevent modern slavery
and human trafficking. We will also publish an annual statement on our progress in
combatting modern slavery and human trafficking
