Let us what you want, either be specific or let our design team be your inspiration! Some starting ideas from us.. think of themes, ducks with objects, rubber ducks with clothing, characters etc. The possibilities are endless!
The JustDucks designers will produce a 3D factory approved visual showing what your duck will look like. We are not new to this, so we know what will work! So our final 3D visuals will be exactly what you receive. We can tweak your design as much as you like until you are happy with it.
Once you are completely happy, it’s time to approve the design. Once you have signed this off, the exciting part can begin.. the production process!
A clay mould is used to manufacture the basic model of your design. At this time we blow the vinyl to shape and add the required colour to the vinyl to achieve the right base colour ready for overprinting with the details of your bespoke duck.
Your ducks are manufactured using top grade vinyl. All our ducks comply to strict UK, EU and US Toy Regulations. They will undergo quality control, be bagged or placed in custom display packaging (which we can provide if needed!), and securely boxed—ready for their journey to your location.
