Personalised Rubber Duck FAQs
150 units for single and two colour logos. If your design uses three or more colours, or needs printing in more than one position, the minimum is 250. There is no upper limit on colours or quantity. Need fewer than 150? Our standard range has over 550 designs ready to buy today with no minimum at all.
Less than most people expect, they are a very cost effective item and there is nothing hidden. We quote one all-in price covering setup, printing and delivery, so nothing gets added at the end. When comparing quotes elsewhere, it is worth checking whether both are included.
Cost per duck falls significantly as quantities rise, so tell us the most you would consider rather than the least. Send us your logo and a rough quantity and we will come back with a quote, usually within a day or two.
Simple prints take about a week. More complex artwork or larger orders take up to five weeks. You will usually have your visual back the same day you send your logo, so things move immediately. If you are working to a fixed date, put the deadline in your first message and we will confirm what is achievable before you commit to anything.
Yes, and usually the same day you send your artwork. Nothing goes to production until you have approved your visual. If something will not work, a colour clash or a logo too detailed for the print size, we will tell you at that point rather than let you find out when the box arrives.
Send whatever you have. A logo file, brand guidelines, or even a photograph of your logo is enough for us to work from, and we will tell you if we need something better. Vector files give us the most to work with, but not having one should not stop you getting in touch.
Your logo, yes, on any order size. If you know your Pantone references we match them exactly. If you only have a hex code, we match to the closest Pantone available, since not every hex has an exact Pantone equivalent. At 250 or more we can Pantone match the duck body and beak as well, so the whole duck comes in your brand colours. Below 250 we print onto our stock duck colours.
Not within a single order. Each different name or message would need to be its own order with its own minimum, so individually named ducks are not something we can do cost effectively.
If you want one design across a batch, whether that is a logo, a message, an event name or a date, that is exactly what this service is for.
We can offer sequential numbering per duck, usually of use for duck racing.
Yes, and it is not a problem. If your ducks need splitting across offices, branches, venues or event dates, tell us the addresses and quantities and we will sort it.
Personalised ducks are our existing duck bodies with your logo or message printed on them. From 150 units, visual usually the same day, ready in about a week.
Custom ducks are made in your own shape, with a new mould created for your design. From 250 per design, around nine weeks, any size from 4.7cm upwards.

Yes. Our ducks are CE approved and comply with strict UK, EU and US toy regulations, and every product we produce is phthalate free. We can supply certification paperwork, including CE declarations and test reports, on request.
